Vendor Management

This guide covers day-to-day operations for managing Vendor relationships: certificates, SFTP credentials, email communications, and troubleshooting.

Many vendors use certificates for secure communication (SFTP, API auth).

Certificates expire and must be renewed:

  1. Generate new certificate/key pair
  2. Send public certificate to Vendor
  3. Update our systems with new private key
  4. Test connection
  5. Confirm with Vendor

Vendors may require whitelisting our IPs:
